We currently collect and process the following information when you create an account or order via our website:

We never receive or see your bank or payment details. Although you enter them via our website when purchasing, these form fields connect directly to our payment processor (Stripe).

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • to enable us to supply candles or candle related products to you that you have ordered or are in the process of ordering

  • to enable us to keep you informed about the status of your order

  • to respond to an enquiry you have made, or assist with any problems during the ordering process

  • to enable us to keep you updated with information about Fflam Candles

Your information is securely stored by our website host Krystal Hosting in their UK data centre.

We keep your contact and order details for 10 years from your last purchase. This enables product recalls and allows us to provide the best service we can to our customers. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from our host’s servers.
